Injury prevention programmes or pre-hab is an important part of the professional athletes daily training. Why wait for an injury? At Top Tier Physio we are happy to provide and review programmes specific for you and your sport. It is important to let the physio know of any previous injuries as the best predictor of injury is previous injury. Even if the old sprained ankle no longer gives pain it may well affect how you currently move.
